Former Caesars Entertainment exec named as Global Gaming Women EVP
Pamela Buckley will be entrusted to spearhead growth for Global Gaming Women, as body’s president heralds new appointment as one that “aligns perfectly with our vision for the future”
Global Gaming Women (GGW) has named ex-Caesars Entertainment director of VIP Pamela Buckley as its new executive vice president (EVP).
As part of her duties in the role, Buckley will be tasked with overseeing the strategic leadership of the group to ensure growth. She will report into GGW executive director Kelly Hatch.
Buckley arrives at GGW with significant experience within the gaming sector, her most recent position being executive director of casino VIP services and loyalty club for Fontainebleau Las Vegas.
During her 15-month stint at the resort between October 2023 and December 2024, Buckley helped establish and optimize the company’s casino VIP services department.
She also had a 13-year tenure at Caesars Entertainment, joining in July 2010 as a casino sales executive, before rising up the ranks to become inside sales manager in April 2014 and eventually director of VIP operations and sales five years later – her final position with the casino entertainment company.

Buckley’s first foray into the gaming sector came in January 2008 when she was appointed executive casino host at Planet Hollywood, before making the move to Caesars two years later.
Global Gaming Women was formed in 2016 to help more women secure roles within the gaming sector, where they have been historically underrepresented.
Reflecting on her new role, Buckley said: “I am honored to join Global Gaming Women and look forward to supporting, inspiring and influencing the development of women in the gaming industry.
“I have had some amazing mentors throughout my career, and I am excited to be able to pay it forward and help level the playing field for women across the globe in the gaming industry.
“My father and uncle held various positions in casino operations and casino marketing and my sister and I grew up running around the back halls of the Tropicana, Dunes, and Bally’s hotel, so I would say I was destined to be in the gaming industry,” she added.
GGW president and board chair Lauren Bates applauded Buckley’s arrival, saying: “We are excited to welcome Pamela to our team.
“Her wealth of experience in both leadership and gaming, coupled with her passion for community services and helping others, aligns perfectly with our vision for the future.
“Pamela’s proven ability to drive growth, build strong teams, and foster key relationships will be invaluable as we continue to elevate our offerings and enhance member engagement.”
